The tech had a responsiveness of 95%
Seoul Viosys and University of Ulsan have developed a diagnostic tool that can detect cancers in pet with a responsiveness of 95%, the company said on Thursday.
The pair used Viosys’ Violeds LED technology that uses ultraviolet light.
They used it to compared blood samples of healthy pets and those with cancers in the clinical trial.
The LED is used to detect the different in healthy cells and cancerous cells with damaged DNA, Seoul Viosys said.
