Super capacitor maker Vinatech has set its share offering price for its IPO at 33,000 after wrapping up demand forecasts, the company said on Friday.
The company listed on KONEX on 2013 but is expecting to transfer to KOSDAQ.
The set offering price is higher than its initial hopes of between 27,000 won and 32,000 won. 1445 institutional investors participated in its demand forecast.
Vinatech increased its share offer from 500,000 shares to 600,000 shares. It is hoping to secure 19.8 billion won from the listing.
The company’s super capacitor are used in new energy, data center and auto-components. It also has a hydrogen fuel cell business that are focused on materials and components.
Retail order for the shares will run from September 14 to September 15, with 120,000 shares on offer.
Vinatech will list on KOSDAQ on September 23.
