Wi-Fi access point company Mercury said on Monday that it has posted 40.3 billion won in sales and 3 billion won in operating income in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The company’s full-year earnings in 2020 comes to 117.8 billion won in sales and 3.4 billion operating income.

Earnings were focused on the second half of the year.

Mercury said it saw sales increase in the second half from Wi-Fi 6 and access points. The company expects sales to increase in 2021 as more Wi-Fi 6 and access points are supplied to carriers.

It will also launch new devices for 5G CPE, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and home servers. Mercury will also take part in public Wi-Fi projects this year, the company said.
