
Semiconductor packaging firm LBLusem filed its security report on Wednesday to list on KOSDAQ.
The company is offering 6 million shares. It is hoping for a share price between 12,000 won to 14,000 won.
LBLusem will secure a minimum of 72 billion won from the IPO. Korea Invest & Securities and KB Securities are underwriting the deal.
The company will commence its demand forecast for institutional investors from May 26 to 27. Retail order will run from June 2 to 3.
LB Lusem, founded in 2004, focuses on semiconductor and display driver IC businesses.
Its mainstay is packaging for display driver IC for mobile and large displays.
The company had focused on chip on film in the beginning but is now offering chip on panel solutions.
It offers insulation and two-metal chip on film solutions for customers. It also offers thin wafer solutions for power management ICs.
LBLusem’s sales has increased 22.9% per year for the past three years. It recorded 209.8 billion in sales last year. It posted 20.8 billion won in operating income in the same year, an increase of 20.6% from 2019.
