RN2 Technologies on Friday said it has decided to issue 20 billion won worth of bond with warrant (BW).
The funds will be used to on research and development, investment in facilities and operation costs.
RN2 said it decided to issue the bond to preemptively secure funds as the conditions were solid.
The bond is interest-free and doesn’t include a refix option. There is also a 10% discount and a 10% call option.
