South Korean system semiconductor company Coasia has received the Supplier Quality certification for its LED modules from Hyundai Motor Company.
The certification will open Coasia to win more orders from the Korean automobile giant and global customers.
Coasia previously received the certification for its LED.
Earlier this month, the company announced that it would be supplying LED for Ioniq 5 electric vehicle (EV).
Coasia said it will be supplying more LED modules with various applications to the car maker going forward.
It is also planning to supply telecommunication components for local interconnected network and controller area network used in cars for automobile companies.
Coasia is also a member of ISELED. It has collaborated with US’ Microchip Technology in the past to develop environmentally friendly LED solutions.
