It boasts refresh rate of 240Hz
Samsung Electronics has launched its Odyssey G7 gaming monitor, first unveiled at CES earlier this year.
The curved, QLED monitor comes in 27-inch and 32-inch sizes and has a curvature radius of 1,000 millimeters. Samsung said it has a 1ms response time with 240Hz refresh rate.
It boasts 600 cd/m2 peak brightness has received the Eye Comfort certificate by TUV Rheinland.
The monitor also supports Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync compatibility.
In South Korea, the 27-inch model will cost 800,000 won and the 32-inch version 900,000 won. Those who buy it by August 31 will also get a JBL Quantum 300 gaming headset for free.
According to IDC, Samsung was the top vendor of gaming monitors as of the fourth quarter of 2019.
