ISC said on Wednesday that it has won a patent lawsuit against a competitor after four years for court battles.
ISC first filed its suit against its rival for patent violation and requested damages. The competitor hit back with a patent invalidation lawsuit.
ISC said it has won the suit in the Supreme Court and has secured a favorable position in remaining suits.
The competitor will no longer able to sell its products that uses the patents, ISC said.
The patents relate to silicon rubber sockets used to protect terminals in semiconductor devices.
ISC first began producing silicon rubber sockets in 2003.
